Job Summary
The HR Generalist should possess a diverse skill set in order to support multiple areas of Human Resources throughout the organization. The position requires involvement with sensitive and confidential information and considerable use of tact, discretion and judgment. A strong background in employee relations is essential as this candidate will partner with HR leadership to develop and execute plans to address complex and broad employee-related matters. The HR Generalist should be able to communicate effectively and deliver valuable services to all groups within the organization. Support for our King of Prussia, PA office and our remote employees in the US will be included in all day to day responsibilities for HR Generalists in the United States. Support for our employees in the Philippines will be included in all day to day responsibilities for HR Generalists in Manila or Iloilo.
