This role requires Branch Management level experience, where you've been responsible for retail banking operations, sales, and business development.

The successful Branch Manager utilizes the Leadership Fundamentals of strategic thinking, executing for results, leading talent, and developing personal proficiency. Maintaining current knowledge of the branch's unique market attributes and Member needs is critical to this opportunity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Creates and fosters an environment in which each associate owns the Member experience.

Drives branch service, growth, and profit through understanding the branch's unique market attributes, Member needs, performance accountability, and recognition.

Responsible for developing an annual branch strategic plan with specific priorities, objectives, and action plans.

Ensures each associate receives both skills coaching and professional development coaching. Works with staff to complete Development Tracks to help them continually learn and grow.

Evaluate the work performance of associates through regularly scheduled reviews, recommend promotions, salary increases, and corrective action.

Utilizes various systems to access financial and production reports, assess branch performance, and make business decisions to promote profitability and achieve goals.

Develops annual budget and maintains expenses and costs.

Oversees all branch operations to maintain accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an efficient workflow.

Supports the Credit Union's Enterprise Risk Management program by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and maintaining adequate controls for risks inherent in branch activities.

Shares knowledge with other branches and regionals on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs

Oversees security of the branch and conducts periodic audits.

QUALIFICATIONS: The required experience listed below must have been acquired at a Branch Management level, where one is responsible for retail banking operations, sales, and business development.

Five years of relevant sales/ customer service experience in a financial institution is required.

Three years of experience coaching and developing employees. Preferably, teams with six (6) or more employees directly and indirectly reporting to you.

Three years of sales experience developing business relationships. Community involvement and relationship cultivation are essential parts of the role.

Position may require working evenings, Saturdays, weekends, and early mornings.

Final offers based on qualifications, internal equity, and the level of position offered. The annual pay range for the Branch Manager is $85,000 - $95,000.
