Job Description

Griffin Funding is a national direct lender focusing on Non-QM (DSCR, Bank Stmt, & 5-10 units), VA, and HELOAN loans in 27 states. Our Orange County office is located in Laguna Niguel. We are seeking experienced Loan Officers to call and close our leads.

27 licensed states for primary residence loans and the ability to do DSCR BPL loans in all 50 states

Responsibilities:

Dial for dollars / Must be comfortable on the phone

Advise borrowers on financial status and available loan options

Guide customers through the loan application process

File loan applications and supporting documents

Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans

Qualifications:

Preferred at least 2 years of experience as a licensed loan officer taking and managing leads

2yrs + experience in Non-QM preferred but not required

Familiarity with financial and lending practices

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be NMLS licensed

Must be cleared by background check
