Job Description
Responsibilities:
Arrange appointment for inbound containers
Prepare paper work for order picking
Miscellaneous office administration / HR (such as ordering office supply, Submit paper work to HR department.)
Handle administrative issues related to ordering supplies, contacting vendors, landlords, etc.
KPI data entry
Container data entry
Inspect returns received daily
Scan Daily outbound orders by using scan gun
Maintain outbound and office area clean
Working Inside a Warehouse Environment
Qualifications:
Computer literate; Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
Fast and proficient typist. Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Mandarin preferred but not required
Bachelors Degree is a plus but not required
Warehouse Experience
Overtime will be required during peak season
