The Facility-Operations Site Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the support of daily/as identified responsibilities and tasks.
The ideal candidate will have catering, or customer service background. They will be able to take ownership of processes including tracking receipts/budget. Also have admin/front desk experience.
There are 2 roles available:
M-F: 6:30am-3:00pm
M-F: 8:00am - 4:30pm (sometimes 5:00pm)
Catering
Receive Breakfast Deliveries from vendors & daily breakfast set up
Clean up lunchroom and kitchenettes (morning & afternoon)
Fill and clean coffee machines
Stock kitchen supplies
Stock coffee bar locations
Assist with catered lunch/site lunch set up & catered meeting requests
Ensure conference rooms are stocked with beverages
Set up daily snacks (afternoons)
Set up cookie day (Wednesdays)
Set up TG “Beer” hour on Friday
Assist with special events as needed
Copier/Mailroom
Sort and distribute mail
Check, troubleshoot, and stock copiers and printers with paper
Inventory and reorder office supplies in the mailroom
Add new hire name tags to office/cubicle & mail slots
Clean offices and cubicle locations upon staff departure/ iOffice termination date
General Admin
Maintain receipts (scan and upload to appropriate files)
Assist with maintaining shared calendar for Site Services teams (accurately & timely updates of events, visitors, etc.)
Maintain budget spreadsheet to accurately reflect monthly spend
Assist with other document management as needed
Knowledge and Skills:
Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks according to requirements
Ability to exercise independent judgment to optimize processes for better results
Strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical ability on technical and operational trends, and deviations from standards
Basic Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office skills
Education and Experience:
High school or secondary school diploma
Typically requires less than 1 year of experience or the equivalent combination education and experience
Pay Range
$32-$37/hr
