Job Title: Senior Project Engineer (Site)

Job Description:We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer (Site) with extensive experience ranging from 7 to 10 years in the Fabrication Oil and Gas field. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering. The role demands proficiency in project management, design, documentation, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure successful project execution within the designated site.

Responsibilities:

Project Management and Supervision: Lead and oversee all aspects of project execution on-site, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Design and Documentation: Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed engineering designs and specifications. Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, and other relevant documents.

Teamwork and Planning: Foster a collaborative working environment and promote effective teamwork among project teams. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, identifying critical milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and priorities.

Analysis and Implementation: Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements and constraints. Propose innovative solutions and strategies to optimize project performance and mitigate risks. Implement best practices and industry standards to ensure quality and safety in project execution.

Planning and Effective Utilization of Resources: Strategically plan and allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, methods, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor resource utilization and productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Diploma in Engineering.

7 to 10 years of experience in the Fabrication Oil and Gas field, with a strong background in project management and site supervision.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Thorough understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and regulatory requirements in the Oil and Gas industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects within budget and schedule constraints.
