要求
商业管理 市场营销或相关领域的文凭或以上学历
至少5年的零售销售经验 其中至少2年为监督或管理角色
英语和马来语的优秀沟通技能 能够使用普通话/中文者优先

Job Description
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Manager in driving the sales team towards achieving exceptional sales targets and fostering solid relationships with our clients. You will be key in strategizing and executing sales plans and ensuring operational excellence across the sales department.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
2. Provide leadership to the sales team, setting performance goals and evaluating performance regularly.
3. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop retail quotations, negotiate contracts, and close agreements.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the fulfilment of client needs.
7. Participate in educational and training opportunities; remain knowledgeable about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
1. Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
4. Strong leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills.
5. Proven ability to meet sales targets and produce compelling sales strategies.
6. Highly motivated, passionate, and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
