About the Company
Our client is a building material supplier, founded in 2013. Their headquarters is located in Singapore and their factory is in Johor.
Job Responsibility
Liaises with operation, support internal and external parties (e.g. auditors/tax agents, suppliers, sub-con) to resolve queries/ problem which arise.
Prepare finance report, cash flow, costing analysis and relevant report. Reconcile intercompany transaction
Responsible in overall accounting administration including daily accounting data entries, including reconcile inter-company transaction
Make payment, prepare and filing payment voucher & necessary record. Responsible and update daily petty cash use.
Admin: Prepare payroll related task and handling basic HR administrative
Admin: Ad-hoc works that may be given by superior from time to time, ie prepare sales quotation, oversee day to day operation in Administration Department.
Job Requirements
Accounting or equivalent background required
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Must be able to handle full set account
Able to converse in mandarin to purchase material from China
Remuneration
RM 5,500 to RM 7,000
