JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Real Estate or any Business related course
With 1-2 years work experience (Real Estate, Customer Service)
Good Communication skills
Adaptability
Good organization and planning skills
Excellent analytical skills: Expert in forwarding thinking & market research
Attention to detail
Team player
Excellent interpersonal skills including strong effective verbal and writer communications skills
Advanced computer skills with the ability to use variety of software; including MS Office

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for coordinating sales of commercial space and the delivery of real estate transactions for KMC Savills.
Acts as the trusted advisor to the client and will proactively develop strategies to ensure sales and maintain excellent client and/or relations.
Establish a consistent excellent customer service offering, utilize technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
Deliver a differentiated and superior service offering to a client, such as but not limited to the following:
Client Relations/Tenant Representation
Business Development
Sales/Account Management
Contract Administration and documentation
Sales Perspective:
Meet 80% of individual target
Update CRM
Attend business development events twice a month
Updating of Stacking Plan
Customer Perspective:
Follow sales process
Work on KMC leads
Chase and acquire leads
Follow process of documentation
Attend team meetings
Attend TR Trainings
Pass TR Exam
Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
