Senior Systems Engineer

We are looking to hire a "Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Cloud & Cybersecurity for MSP)" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity, with solid experience in Azure.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office365, Azure Active Directory, Azure services, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Intune.

Experience with L2 and L3 incident management.

Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications are preferred.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in implementing and supporting cybersecurity solutions.

Proven track record of delivering complex projects and providing excellent customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients with Microsoft Cloud andCybersecurity solutions.

Design, implement, and support Microsoft Cloud solutionsincluding Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender forEndpoint, Exchange, Azure services, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security(EMS), Intune, and Firewall solutions.

Work with clients to understand their requirements and providetechnical guidance and support throughout the migration process.

Provide L2 and L3 level support to clients for issues related toMicrosoft Cloud solutions, and work with other team members to troubleshoot andresolve technical issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related toMicrosoft Cloud solutions and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Cloudtechnologies and cybersecurity trends, and provide recommendations to clientsfor improving their security posture.

Work collaboratively with other team members, including projectmanagers, sales, and technical support teams, to ensure successful projectdelivery and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, andother stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.
