Detailed Job Description

Visual Merchandise

- Regular store visits

- Close monitoring and communication with Daily Operation regarding Merchandise & VM issue etc. Ensure the key looks are in place and everything is well set up according to VM standard

- Work closely with VM team on VM props order; Review Monthly VM report closely with related departments; Assist to conduct VM training when doing store visits

Merchandise management

- Discover replenishment needs to clients after store visit and propose replenishment recommendation with merchandising manager; Ensure business partners' stores are well stocked in NOS and seasonal key capsules

- Conduct and ensure close alignment on pricing, and SKU list between DOS and business partners' stores

Training

- Work closely with account managers to ensure seasonal product training materials are ready and translated. Conduct physical/ virtual seasonal training together with KAM to as many key stores as possible

Other Ad hoc duties

Candidate Profile

- Strong interest in Fashion and operations

- Ideally have merchandise/VM/retail background

- Accept to travel frequently

- Good with systems SAP preferred; Excel and Powerpoint

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

- Experienced working with multiple business partners
