We are looking to hire a "Senior Executive - Sea Export Customer Service and Documentation" for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
Full/ Part Qualification in Degree/ Diploma related to logistics
Excellent communication, PR, and negotiation skills
Familiarize with working under the Gensoft ERP system
Minimum 2- 3 years experience in the same capacity
Age below 35
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to shipments, documentation, and logistics.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, and other related documents
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
Track shipments and provide updates to customers on their status throughout the shipping process.
Conduct quality checks on documentation and shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards governing international trade and transportation.
Contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
