We are looking to hire a "Trainee - Sea Export Customer Service and Documentation" for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
Full/ Part Qualification in Degree/ Diploma related to logistics
Excellent communication, PR, and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills as needed.
Age below 30
Responsibilities:
Assist in handling customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Develop strong communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve customer issues.
Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents under the guidance of senior staff members.
Support the coordination of freight movements by assisting with booking shipments, tracking cargo, and updating shipment statuses.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
Track shipments and provide updates to customers on their status throughout the shipping process.
