Job Title (Job Code): RPA Developer Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

Develops new bots on the RPA platform and helps monitor and support existing bots

ORGANIZATION :

Reports directly to: : RPA Platforms Domain Lead

Editor of RPA platforms

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :

Person should have 3-5 years of hands on experience in RPA development using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UIPath

Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere

Should have good programming knowledge using .NET 3.5 and higher Framework, VB scripting, Power Shell scripting.

Should be able to understand business requirement and solution design documents as input for development

Set, maintain and ensure adherence to Automation Best Practices for RPA development

Should be able to automate identified business processes independently

Should participate in POCs, technical feasibility analysis for different processes to be automated

Person should develop new usecases on the RPA platform and manage / support existing use cases

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES :

Educational Requirements : BE/BTech Computers

Experience :

Mandatory:

Should have overall 3-5 years of technical experience across multiple automation platforms especially Automation Anywhere,

Experience on automation related delivery activities in Agile

Implemented custom automation platforms using other scripting languages

Competencies & Skills :

Automation Platforms (Automation Anywhere is a MUST, UIPath, Microsoft Power Automate), VB, VBA, Python Scripting, API, Databases

Excellent collaboration skills as Person will be interacting with multiple business units, Solution managers and internal IT teams

Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrate excellent communication skills
