Responsibilities:
Record accounting transactions
Record capital calls
Assist with the annual audit
GL account reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in accounting or in a related field
3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Construction or Real Estate industry experience is preferred
Sage 300 experience is a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented and a team player
