Purpose of the Job

Demand Planning Analyst can conduct rolling 12M statistics forecast as per historical data and statistical model, cross-functionally cooperate with Demand/MKT team, finally to make aligned demand planning for S&OP process and supply planning. This position also closely cooperated with internal engineers, provide professional analysis and suggestions to optimize forecast process and method to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency continuously.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio management among cross channels, regular weekly review threshold to update procurement status./ 多渠道产品上市/退市管理 定期回顾产品销售表现 根据设置的标准更新产品采购状态

Host monthly S&OP meeting, identify opportunity and risk in sales trend, reach consensus with Brand Managers, Channel Managers and other cross functions. / 主持月度S&OP会议 识别销售趋势的风险和机会点 与市场部及其他相关部门进行协同达成共识

Adjust statistical parameters to perform rolling 12months statistics forecast, based on sales history, inventory report and financial data./ 基于销量历史 库存报表及财务数据 调整相关参数 输出滚动12个月的销售预测

Safety stock setting based on sales forecast bias./ 基于预测准确率及偏差率 设置合理的安全库存

Weekly sales trend monitor against forecast to identify top gap and reflect the change in sales forecast./ 周销售进度监控 识别实际销量与预测差异大的产品并分析原因 及时将变化反映在预测中

Monthly FA analysis to drive key factor of forecast error, identify areas for improvement to optimize operation process. / 月度预测准确率回顾 分析预测错误的关键因素并分类 识别流程中的可改进点 持续优化流程

Update SKU classification to conduct metrics of planning strategy based on the result. / 定期更新产品分类 基于计划矩阵 实施差异化的计划策略

Develop and adjust statistical parameters to improve FA. / 调整和优化预测参数及模型 提升预测准确率

Participate projects to enhance dashboard and regular planning report. / 参与相关项目 持续优化仪表盘和日常计划报表的输出

Qualification:

3 years + working experience in Demand Planning/Sales Operation/Marketing/Data Analysis or related. / 3年以上需求计划 销售运营 市场 数据分析等相关工作经验

Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, statistics, supply chain management is preferred / 本科或以上学历, 市场营销 统计学 供应链管理专业优先

Understand forecasting theory & methodology, apply statistical technique to forecast. / 熟悉销售预测方法及理论 理解如何在预测中运用统计学方法论

Commercial intelligence about market, events and profitable indicators. / 对市场 活动及营利指标有深刻的商业洞察

Excellent communication skill, team work and cross-function operation. / 优秀的沟通能力 善于团队合作及跨部门协调沟通

High computing skills, mainly Excel, experience of SQL, Python, Power query, Power BI is preferred. / 精通Excel 熟悉SQL, Python, Power query, Power BI尤佳

Good data mining and analysis skill, number sensitive. / 良好的数据处理及分析能力 对数据敏感

Critical thinking and problem solving, drive process optimization to smooth cross function collaboration. / 善于思考并解决问题 推进流程的优化 使跨部门的沟通更加顺畅

Fluent English in speaking and writing is preferred. / 擅长英语口语和写作者优先
