Job Description: We are seeking reliable individual to join our team as Part-Time Commercial Construction Inspectors, specializing in gas stations. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications in commercial construction projects across Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of commercial construction projects, focusing on fuel systems, specifically gas stations.

• Verify compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Document findings accurately and thoroughly.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients.

• Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.

• Travel to various construction sites across the state of Florida.

Requirements:

• Own transportation is essential for traveling to construction sites.

• Willingness to travel within the state of Georgia as required.

• Preferred knowledge or experience in building gas stations; however, we are willing to train candidates with experience in field construction, inspector roles, engineering, or other construction-related backgrounds.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues accurately.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations is advantageous.
