Internship Available Departments:

Planning & Controlling

Accounting

Procurement

Your Role in Planning & Controlling:

Monitor the production G&A and investment spending for production.

Monitor all other variable cost-related matters including consumables, local contents, provision for stock obsolescence.

Work closely with local content suppliers for costing and pricing matters.

Your Role in Accounting:

Assist in the costing process of the Mercedes-Benz Manufactured vehicles & Spare parts shipments.

Assist in the management of e-invoicing process.

Assist with internal controls data gathering.

Your Role in Procurement:

Maintain Invoice Log: (Registration & assignment).

Handling Purchase Requisition.

Purchase Requisition submission & Follow-up.

Email the Purchase Order to the supplier (where the system does not support automatic emailing).

Follow up on advance payment processing and settlement.

Prepare Internal Controls Documents and Reports.

Performing Administrative Activities, performing day to day administrative.

Fresh Graduates with Bachelor degree in General Management/Business Administration
