Property Manager

Our CSP Real Estate & Financial Services Practice has partnered with a fast-growing real estate investment management and advisory firm to identify a Property Manager. The company focuses on special situations in real estate, including distressed assets, non-performing loans, portfolio repositioning and recapitalizations, and select value-add opportunities. The Property Manager will oversee the operations and performance of the properties within the portfolio. This individual will be essential not only in the day-to-day management activities, but also for maintaining operating budgets, relationships with tenants, and ongoing capital improvement projects.

Key Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management

Strong knowledge of commercial real estate operations, leasing, and financial management

Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit with strong sense of initiative

Bachelor's degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
