Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Solar Project/Program Manager located in Troy, MI. As a Solar Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Additionally, you will manage project stakeholders, handle project documentation, and provide regular project status updates.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required

Prior experience in solar project management or a similar role

Strong understanding of solar energy systems and industry standards

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects

Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools

PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus

Strong knowledge of MS Project, Power BI is required

Procore is a plus
