Position: Sales Coordinator

Experience:2-8 years

Salary: Best in Industry (Negotiable)

Shift : UAE (10.30 AM TO 7.30 PM)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Responsibilities

* Keeping a track of leads, opportunities and updating details in CRM

* Preparation of Technical submittal, compliances for tender submission

* Quotation preparation

* Cost estimation

* Customer payment follow-ups

* Follow-up and manage flow of orders to clients in coordination with local logistics partners

* Report preparation

* processing new sales leads

* Managing correspondence between sales team and clients as required

* Monitoring customer accounts

* Providing required data and reports to assist the sales team

Requirements

* 2-8 years of work experience

* Having Knowledge of CRM/ Quick learner in CRM

* Thorough in MS Excel, power point Auto cad

* Excellent oral and written communication skill

* Prefer but not essential Engineering graduate / Diploma in Civil

* Knowledge of entire sales process/activities

* Having knowledge of digital marketing.

* Knowledge of posting product profiles in social media
