Deliver interactive training sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of our agents, both in-person and through virtual platforms.

Conduct regular training needs assessments to ensure our programs align with business objectives and industry standards.

Foster a supportive learning environment, offering ongoing mentorship and guidance to agents to help them excel in their roles.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new knowledge into training programs to keep our team at the forefront of the market.

Collaborate with real estate companies and training institutions to promote and organize a variety of high-quality courses for continuous professional development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate training or a related field with a focus on customer service is preferred.

Solid understanding of real estate industry practices, including sales, leasing, and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, workshops, or seminars.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information.
