Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to manage the company’s workforce and administrative functions, ensuring that the organization operates smoothly and efficiently. The HR & Admin person will be required to use their expertise and skills to cultivate a positive work environment and drive the company towards its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing and recruitment

Personnel record management

Setting performance goals and expectations

Conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions

Handling employee grievances and conflicts

Promoting a positive work environment

Coordinate leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts to build a pipeline of talent for key positions.

Implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and satisfaction

Develop and implement processes to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency

Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships

Implement and maintain office procedures and policies

Coordinate communication within the organization

Handle budget and expenses

Regulatory compliance - ensure that the company operates within the boundaries of the law and maintains ethical and responsible practices.

Operational compliance – establish and maintain procedures and processes necessary for the company to meet industry standards and internal policies

Data privacy compliance – ensure that the company adheres to laws, regulations, and standards that govern the protection of personal information.

Financial compliance – ensure adherence to accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting

Regulatory compliance - ensure that the company operates within the boundaries of the law and maintains ethical and responsible practices.

Operational compliance – establish and maintain procedures and processes necessary for the company to meet industry standards and internal policies

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or its Equivalent

5 Years of experience

Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts

Ability to manage time, attend to details and prioritize activities and tasks
