Job Summary:

Analyze merchant statements to develop and prepare customized pricing documents. Maintain reference documentation to ensure the most up to date accurate information.

Responsibilities:

Determine customers' merchant services needs and prepare and review analysis and Schedule A documents for sales team to present.

Create and maintain logos for various partners

Track incoming statements and turnaround time

Provide support for weekly and monthly detailed sales management reports on analyses information and account closure reasons

Complete a monthly audit on our portfolio of merchants to ensure pricing is consistent with proposal

Maintain updated versions of PDF files

Ad hoc reporting, as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred

1-3 years in analytical role (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Power Bi (preferred).

Experience with some type of CRM program
