About the Role:
As HR Recruitment Associate at our client place in Ahmedabad Gujarat, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process outsourcing activities for the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Interviewing candidates and screening resumes to determine who should be invited for in-person interviews
Coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, checking references, and preparing contracts
Recommending candidates for positions based on their qualifications, experience levels, and cultural fit with the company culture
Preparing reports detailing the status of open positions, candidates’ qualifications, reasons for disqualification, etc.
Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews, schedule orientations, and prepare candidates for new positions
Researching candidates’ backgrounds to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications for the position
Basic Qualifications
1-2 years of recruiting experience across multiple industries, manufacturing industries experience is at preference
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA HR or equivalent experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated history of success
Ability to handle high-volume accounts
Fierce and competitive spirit
Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
