Scope
The Sales Officer will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, prepare monthly sales reports, conduct market research, and drive sales to exponentially grow business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
Collaborate and work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall revenue growth goals.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing, and make recommendations for incorporating new approaches into the company's strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Manage and track the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Generate and identify business leads.
Conduct surveys and report on consumer behavior, market trends and competitor analysis.
Prepare monthly sales report.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Undertake sales and marketing activities such as cold calls or cold emails frequently.
Promote the company’s products or services.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Marketing or any related field of study.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar role.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
Knowledge of best practices in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Strong project management skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational, leadership and management skills.
Experience with marketing automation software and CRM systems
Working knowledge in MS Office suite and Google suite.
