Accounts Payable Clerk

Sunroof Express is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Troy, MI.

How we invest in you: $18-$20/hour – negotiable based on experience Health Dental Vision 401k PTO Long Term Disability Short Term Disability What you'll be doing: Input payables not related to part deliveries at Troy, MI warehouse Match invoices to shippers for part deliveries at Troy, MI warehouse Apply manual payments to all payables paid by company credit card File all bills, contracts etc as needed Support the cutting of checks from Troy, MI office for select vendors Process product returns checked in by the warehouse Troubleshoot any discrepancies Reconcile credit card statements (which ones to be determined) Get with employees for documentation related to business purchases Manage or assist with department or company level projects What you need to succeed: High School Degree (or GED or High School Equivalence) Minimum 1 year of experience in related field Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Great problem-solving skills Ability to offer suggestions to improve current processes
