Associate Attorney

Requirements:

You must be admitted in Pennsylvania – no exceptions. Those that are still in law school and/or have not yet taken the bar exam need not apply

Experience in handling complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting, as well as taking depositions are a must

Litigation and arbitration experience is required, with trial experience a plus

Excellent writing skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong client relationship skills

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

Functions effectively as part of a team while having a professional and pleasant demeanor
