Onsite in New York, NY (Office in the Financial District)

Base salary + strong uncapped commission incentives + bonuses + benefits

Our New York City office is expanding this year and we are looking to speak with experienced agency recruiters who have an interest in a managerial role and have the skillset to help us continue to build our book of business in the Data and AI space!

The Job

As a Managing Recruiter at Harnham, you will balance your proven ability to build and run a desk with the development and growth of a team below you, while leading that team to meet and exceed their targets as well

Demonstrate an expert approach to identifying and approaching active, passive, and inactive candidates through headhunting, networking, database searching, referrals, regeneration, and advertising

Consistently generate new business opportunities with new and existing clients through activities such as cold calling, emails, lead generation, market research, client visits, events, etc.

Closely monitor and review your team's performance, ensuring day plans, KPIs, goals, and targets are achieved and offering support for areas of improvement

Lead by example by displaying exceptional candidate/client process management techniques at all times by exceeding targets. providing a high level of customer service, and demonstrating a consistent and effective approach to all sales activities

About You

You have successfully worked as a full 360 recruitment consultant, and currently manage, lead, or mentor a team of recruiters (between 2 to 5 people minimum)

Proven experience with and ability to lead and mentor recruiters through generating new business, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, candidate management, negotiations, and closing deals

You are skilled in new business development, specifically with proven success in turning cold outreach into a long term client relationships

Ideally, you have worked in a market similar to Data & AI, or you have an interest to learn and recruit for that market

You are able to come onsite into our New York office on a weekly basis
