As the Sales Manager - Mission Critical, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the global growth strategy for mission-critical solutions. Focus:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of the mission-critical market to identify key players, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the mission-critical sector and achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within mission-critical organizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of mission-critical clients.

Drive innovation by identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and technologies in the mission-critical space.

Serve as a subject matter expert on mission-critical solutions, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and clients.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our mission-critical offerings and expand our network.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company solutions.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with mission-critical clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field of study.

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales/marketing experience in the mission-critical or related industry with Data center experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mission-critical technologies and solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
