Role Overview:

The SAP Warehouse Management Senior Analyst will play a critical role as the interface between IT ERP teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that business processes and ERP system configurations align with organizational needs. This role encompasses the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, emphasizing effective communication and collaboration.

Location Options: Secaucus, NJ

Compensation: $110,000/yr

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business process owners to align ERP system design and development with business requirements.

Take responsibility for gathering business requirements, documenting them, and obtaining necessary approvals from business operational teams.

Act as the principal point of contact between business stakeholders and ERP development, configuration, and quality assurance teams during system implementations.

Participate in all testing phases, including creating scenarios, conducting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure robust system functionality.

Support system developers throughout the development process to ensure both functional and technical specifications are met.

Provide essential support to business users following the deployment of system changes and enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college; a Master's degree is highly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, or Warehouse Management, with comprehensive involvement in full-cycle ERP system implementations.

Strong familiarity with ERP environments; direct experience with SAP is a significant advantage.

A demonstrated commitment to job ownership and a track record of dependable performance.

Innovative and creative problem-solving skills, with a knack for addressing complex issues.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Meticulous organizational skills, including high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

High professionalism and the capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Advanced analytical capabilities, proficient in querying, report writing, and data presentation; knowledge of Excel and Tableau is a plus.
