About your role as an Account Executive:
You’ll work on a team of 10, expanding market share in San Diego, with expansion opportunities throughout Southern California. We are looking for someone at any level, that ideally has proven expertise selling business to business professional services or staffing solutions to corporations in San Diego.
Your day will be spent presenting VIA’s services to prospects and selling to managers and C-Suite executives. Time will be spent on the road, conducting meetings, building accounts, and working with our recruiting team. You’ll bring back job requirements from your clients and communicate them to the recruiting team.

Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years of staffing sales experience; preferably in technology staffing (preferred)
1+ year of Technical Recruiting background, (preferred)
Experience selling staffing and/or Professional Services to Corporate and C-Level Executives, (preferred)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and drives new business sales within Southern California via cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, cold canvassing, relationship building, etc.
Develops and maintains client contacts and long lasting business relationships
Conduct timely follow-up activities with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery by candidate of expected services
Identify market opportunities and implements a strategy to maximize revenue potential
Establishes recruiting priorities relative to open requirements and works with recruiters to ensure jobs are fully covered
Executes sales and marketing plans laid out with Leadership.
Work with clients to review, negotiate and execute Master Service Agreements
Other duties as assigned.
