Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage all personnel. Interview and hire and supervise training of new personel.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Continually train in team building practices.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Ordering of food and non food products.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills

We are a well known, well established franchisee restaurant in the Edison area. We are busy year round. You will join a team of employees where your enthusiasm and talent are appreciated and you will be treated as a valued member of our team. Shifts are afternoons thru early evenings.
