We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Bridgewater/Raritan area. This person will help increase profitability of existing jobs and help prepare leads for new jobs and renewals. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and possesses a polished and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and run reports through Salesforce.com and analyze data for trends
Perform value analysis on current sales
Make recommendations for marketing initiatives and strategies
Assist in qualifying sales leads and prepare them for the Sales Manager to distribute
Manage contract renewal lists and distribute reports to Sales Manager and management to maintain profitability
Assist in location based market analysis based on specific criteria
Provide administrative sales support including but not limited to preparing proposals, lease agreements, correspondence, presentations and reports
Work collaboratively with sales team members to maintain the daily operations of the office sales department
Assist with any/all projects that are assigned to the Sales Department
Aid in training Sales Team Members on processes and software
Communicate to internal and external customers via email and phone
Qualifications:
Knowledge in preparing proposals, lease agreements, correspondence, presentations and reports
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platform (highly desired)
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills to manage both short-term and long-term projects
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills and works well in a team-oriented setting
Possess critical thinking skills
