Director, Employee Relations Opportunity

- CFS of New York is working with a college prep institution helping kids prepare for college

- They have 41 schools and over 15,000 students and are rated as a top charter school network in the country
- This person will be working in the Queens and Brooklyn area with 5 - 10 schools

Responsibilities of the Director, Employee Relations
- Providing guidance on employment relations functions for 5 - 10 schools including investigations, and talent management issues
- Managing HR administration, employment verifications, case management
- Advising schools in conflicting resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee related items
- Working with ADP Workforce now
Qualifications of the Director, Employee Relations
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commute to 5 - 10 schools (train or car)
