80% of their time (to start) would be at 2 outpatient dialysis centers

SCHEDULE:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday 7a to 5p – incoming provider will be in office 8-4:30 (can tweak hours)

The incoming provider can spend a half day at the clinic and a half day doing consults at Hospital. Is this correct? Or is it mostly outpatient? They share consults (2 days one week, 3 days the next).

CALL: Phone call only. 1:4 – taken one full week at a time.

PAYOR MIX: 60% Government Subsidy (Medicare)/40% Private Insurance.

EMR: Medent

Base Compensation: $110K

Productivity Bonus: Quarterly bonus, based on collections, to add an additional 10K per year. Usually will not hit this bonus the first quarter.

Income potential: 120K
