What your future day will look like:

Monitor processes to ensure compliance

Develop new systems to ensure processes stay in legal guidelines

Build an internal audit program

Recommend changes to existing procedures

Identify and escalate areas that lack controls

Prepare reports on internal audit reviews

Assist examiners and third party auditors

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

3+ years of audit/compliance experience

3+ years of program management experience

Sound history in developing policies and procedures
