Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Chief Technology Officer. As a CTO at WebBuddy LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, managing IT strategies, designing system architectures, and leading product development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

Strong background in Software Development, including knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks

Experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget

Expertise in IT Strategy, including defining technology roadmaps and aligning them with business goals

Proficiency in System Architecture design, with the ability to create scalable and secure solutions

Proven track record in Product Development, including defining product roadmaps and driving innovation

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
