Our client,one of Nashvilles largest family-owned residential landscape businesses seeks an experienced residential Business Development Manager A Hunter!
Meet with high-end residential owners and property managers, work with designers and win outdoor environment projects:
Build relationships with new and existing residential clients, networking to create new opportunities.
Work with internal design team or customers landscape architect to develop customer dream outdoor environment - retaining walls, outdoor kitchen, water features, pools, gardens and horticulture.
Present designs, proposals and close ultimate sale of installation.

Salary $70K base plus commission with earning potential of $150k+.

MUST HAVE:
References of 5 years minimum sales of estate-level residential landscape, design, construction or related
Technology savvy Experienced with CRM, Microsoft office, social media; AutoCAD, design software a plus
Degree in landscape architecture, horticulture or related field a plus
