Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team for a remote, long-term contract role with our end client in the Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Design, code, test, debug, and document Salesforce applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Proven experience developing Salesforce solutions, including custom development and integrations.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, and process builder.

Experience working in the Medical Devices industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
