Our Clients are seeking Paraprofessionals in the Middlesex County area. Multiple client opportunities for the 2024 school year are available!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF PARAPROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY

* Work with students who demonstrate behavioral challenges

* Classroom management and material development

* Assist teacher in the classroom as needed

* Track student progress throughout the day, sometimes with the use of charts or graphics

* Empower students with strategies that enhance their strengths

* Provide an encouraging and supportive presence to students

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

* Minimum of an Associate's degree OR 60 College Credits OR a ParaPro Certificate

* Comfortable supporting children with behavior challenges and/or have special needs including autism or medical fragility

* Must pass Fingerprint background check and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, Act 16-67, and Criminal
