Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ST/OT Program Director to join our team in Augusta, GA. The successful candidate should have an understanding of autism and have a passion for children and families. The Program Director will oversee the Occupational and Speech Therapy department of ABLE Kids. The ideal director will have knowledge and experience with speech and occupational therapies including the intake process, marketing, maintaining an organized EMR and amazing communication skills.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm work week, no evenings!
$50,000 per year
120 hours of PTO per year, 8 paid Holidays and up to 40 hours of additional PTO awarded for anniversaries

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in OT, ST and/or ABA therapy services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and to work as part of the team.
Therapy Authorizations, Intake process and Medical Billing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the ST/OT Program at ABLE Kids
Manage the new client intake and orientation process
Documenting client interactions in EMR client profiles and ensuring accurate insurance information
Managing daily schedules, tracking staff and client attendance, and adjusting as needed
Communicating updates to therapists and leadership teams
Assist with Marketing and Advertising Responsibilities to include Engaging on social media platforms
Creating and publishing weekly schedules for in house staff
Order therapy items and materials as needed for in house therapists
Help with recruiting Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist
Coordinate and help track scheduling of outside OT and ST
Handling email and phone correspondence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates.
Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
