Canvassing Manager Trainee

Were a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Canvassing Manager Trainee. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of canvassing operations and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team of canvassers.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing canvassing strategies to generate leads

Train and mentor new canvassers on effective communication and sales techniques

Coordinate schedules and routes for canvassing teams

Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassing teams

Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in canvassing or sales is a plus
