JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with IT Ops and external stakeholders on various ISO tracks.
Coordinate feedback from business units affected by ISO.
Revise and create documentation for procedures and policies.
Ensure deliverables meet ISO requirements in coordination with GSO.
Facilitate a two-way feedback process for effective decision-making on ISO controls. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in technical writing within IT or regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
