JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Data Analyst (Tableau Developer), is responsible for maintaining reports on Tableau Server, including bug fixes, increasing performance of workbooks, and gathering and implementing feedback on any modifications needed.

Additionally, will assist and lead developments on new reports, collaborating with internal developers and external clients.

This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA.

Must be able to go into the office twice in a week.

Candidates outside the Boston area, in EST and CST time zones, may be considered if no local candidate is found.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.

Design, develop, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

2 Support performance, quality, and improvement efforts to help streamline processes through data analysis and visualization.

Evaluate dashboard quality, consistency, usability, and reliability by documenting and applying best practices to design and development.

4.

Communicate with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements and describe data modeling decisions and data visualization strategy.

Assist in Tableau Site Management including deployments and user and group management.

6.

Utilize SQL, and/or Python in data analytics to collect, understand, transform, cleanse, store, and share data in a privacy-preserving way.

Assist in testing, governance, data quality, training, and documentation efforts 8 Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

9.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

10.

Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE: The incumbent is considered to be a fully competent professional who knows and applies a broad range of knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures that require independent thinking and judgement while working on new design and development tasks.

The incumbent works under limited supervision with independence and general latitude to make commitments for self and team members.

The incumbent understands when and how to escalate an issue to Management and project teams and ensures that decisions consider the full implications to both the project teams and the organization.

The incumbent will take ownership for delivering timely results for multiple parallel projects while effectively managing internal and external customer expectations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Tableau, including data visualization, dashboard development, and report creation.

* Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

* Minimum 5 years of Tableau Desktop/Tableau Server is required * Experience and familiarity with Alteryx is a plus * A proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail.

* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a collaborative mindset.

* Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $100k to $110K.

Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.

This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
