Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Develop strategic advertising plans using DSPs to align with business objectives and marketing goals
Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including setup, optimization, and performance monitoring
Manage DSP: uploading, unloading, targeting and tracking day to day Ad optimization
Monitor DSP performance using other industry standard platforms like Appsflyer
Gauge and monitor the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly success in ads and finding trends within those reports
Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, feedback, and training to enhance their skills and performance
Generating Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal departments in addition to the Digital Gaming department to maintain and enhance the content website
Strategize ad designs based on platform serving cadence
Updating, correcting, overseeing, and developing design assets and brand guidelines for all DSP ads
Implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize ad creative and other variables
Maintain and respect confidentiality of marketing programs, guest information and databases
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications within digital advertising
Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital advertising channels (display, video, mobile, etc.)
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Five+ years in Casino Marketing and/ or Advertising Experience to include management experience in the day-to-day operations of advertising/ marketing or gaming/hospitality areas
Two+ years’ experience with Google Ads and social media paid ads
Extensive Digital Gaming and Digital Gaming App Marketing / Advertising Experience
Experience working with Google Ads, Agility, and AdLib DSP Platforms
Experience with Bitly, Smartly, and similar social platforms are a plus
Adheres to all rules and regulations set forth by the Mohegan Digital and Corporate Compliance, Mohegan Tribal Fire Department, Public Safety, and the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission regarding all DSP ad placements
Proficiency in HTML and other web technologies for ad creative customization
Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, programmatic buying, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding (RTB)
Proven experience in digital advertising/ marketing and campaign management, with a focus on DSP platforms
Experience with website CMS building webpages for landing pages, home pages, etc.
Experience with budgeting, filing, purchasing, expensing, and billing internally
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Training Requirements:
Certifications as required by Mohegan.

Keeps up to date of industry trends.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Fast paced office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours with occasional travel required.
