QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in Electronics Communication Engineering Graduate
With at least 1-year experience in a manufacturing company.
Computer literate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Designs, schedules and accomplishes tests of processes as assigned. Conducts the necessary test to evaluate processes when appropriate.
* Performs monitoring of critical process variables. Provides analysis and recommendations.
* Attends to technical inquiries. Provides process troubleshooting support. Makes technical recommendations. Develops process work instructions or procedures.
* Participates in multi-functional teams by providing process analysis to address customer concerns. Participates in all new or re-designed product pilot runs to evaluate processes.
* Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues to achieve Engineering Department’s targets and objectives.
* Supervises Process Technician in the performance of their duties. Appraises and implements coaching or recommends training for the professional development of direct reports. Engages direct reports in problem-solving to address customer concerns.
* Coordinates with the Line Technician on machine/tools/jigs related works needed for evaluations, improvements and customer complaints action related issues.
* Implements company policies, rules and regulations to maintain discipline and order within the department.
* Performs other tasks under his/her field of competency.
