Administrative Assistant - Recruiting / HR Department
McCorvey Sheet Metal is a Family-owned and operated company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will provide support to our fast-paced recruiting team while performing clerical and administrative functions to help us continue our success in the office and the field. This applicant will be reporting directly to our Outsourced Labor Manager. If you are an organized team player and detail-oriented, we want to speak with you!
Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:
Provide fast paced clerical support
Contact third party Staffing Agencies
Post jobs using our ATS system
Communicate with hiring managers on field labor placement
Provide support to all Foremen on immediate field needs
Assist in the management of temp labor
CIP Enrollment Processing
Process Site Specific Badging and Orientation Requests
Word processing
Creating spreadsheets
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative experience
Prior experience in construction is preferred
Experience using any ATS system
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Typing- 60+ wpm preferred
