Project Electrical Engineer Substations Full-time/Permanent

Job Description

Eligible applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and preferably a minimum of 5 years’ consulting experience with power engineering—specifically substations.

Designs are customized to client needs.

This work can be performed at one of our four branches.

Principal Duties:

Design

Physical Design

Grounding Design

HV/MV Design

Schematic Diagrams/Control Systems (P&C).

Raceway/Cable Schedules

MV Switchgear/E-House Design

Oversee Civil/Structural Design

Studies/Calculations

Perform/Oversee system studies using modeling software.

Short-Circuit

Load Flow

Grounding

AC Station Service

DC Battery Sizing

Lightning Protection

Software

ETAP(Preferred)

BlueBeam

Visual

Microsoft Office applications
