What You’ll Be Doing:

Promptly following up on office generated leads and attending appointments on time

Generating own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking

Communicating with new and existing customers during and after the sales process

Performing roof inspections and assessing damage

Giving the sales presentation, overcoming objections, and closing the sale

Educating homeowners on the insurance process

Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales quotas

What You’ll Bring

Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Familiarity with CRM practices

Bilingual (not required, but a plus)
